Brett Chandler, GA RSL 2016

Brett Chandler is a Georgia-licensed Professional Land Surveyor who was raised in Athens, Georgia, and originally licensed in February 2000. He brings decades of experience providing surveying and development support services for residential, commercial, and public-sector projects.

Brett’s professional background includes extensive work in boundary determination, topographic surveying, development services, construction staking, and as-built surveys, as well as client representation and survey support for permitting projects with local governing authorities. His experience includes coordinating with municipal, county, state, federal, and tribal agencies to support land development, infrastructure, and right-of-way projects.

In addition to his long-term surveying practice in Georgia, Brett has professional surveying experience in multiple states, including work on federal and tribal projects in the Great Plains region, where he applied the Manual of Survey Instructions and supported infrastructure design and construction through precise field and office survey work.

Brett’s education includes studies in Civil Engineering Technology at Southern Polytechnic State University (1996–1997) and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Colorado State University (1993–1995). His education and experience support a disciplined, standards-based approach to surveying practice, emphasizing accuracy, thorough research, and practical solutions from project planning through construction.
